Why should Christians vote?
For years, Christians have not voted because they believe we shouldn't be involved in politics and that Jesus is coming back soon, so it shouldn't be our problem. And we wonder why our country is in the state it is in. In less than 60 years,60 million unborn babies have been killed, 75,000 teens have overdosed, and Alabama is the 7th poorest state.
We, as the body of Christ, have an obligation to be a light to this world, to be good stewards of what He has given us. We have godly principles; the world does not. It is up to us if we want to see the state of Alabama with Biblical laws or unbiblical ones.
For too long, we've wasted time arguing over our denominations, race, and politics, so that we no longer represent Christ, but our opinions, and have left people hurt in the process. Because of this, we have decided to stick to our routine church services, avoid different denominations, and not vote. But God has not called us to be stagnant. God has not called His body to be divided.

"As Christians, we have a duty to engage in the democratic process and to use our voices and votes to promote justice, righteousness, and the common good. Voting is just one way to participate, but it is an important one that should not be taken lightly."
